AOG's Record
- Our first contract was in September 2001 with the Co. Ansett Worldwide. Where AOG organized and updated Aircraft Maintenance Records for two A320 and delivered them to the next operator on time and in compliance with the Aeronautical Regulations. Since then we carried out 47 receptions and 36 deliveries of airplanes.
- AOG re-certified an airline and their aeronautical shops with the Colombian Authority avoiding the closing of a Colombian Airline (Intercontinental) during 2003.
- We developed Fleet Plans for 2 airlines in Mexico and Colombia in order to follow this plan for aircraft replacement with a lower cost during 2003.
- We saved $13 MDD to an airline in Mexico during the return process of a DC10 airplane to the owners in 2003, avoiding a clause in the Lease to purchase the aircraft.
- We developed a Business Plan for an airline in Mexico in order to reduce 0.3% of the Maintenance costs during 2004.
- We developed Maintenance Production Plans for 3 airlines: in Mexico, Peru and Colombia, reducing in 1.2% the ground time for Maintenance activities.
- During 2005 we began to offer Borescope Inspections service for engines and APU's during aircraft audits or aircraft redeliveries.
- Also, AOG selected, inspected and received in France seven A320 for a New Mexican Low Cost Airline; then we coordinated and supervised their C checks in France and Switzerland and their ferry flights from Europe to Mexico (Toluca), including their exportation and importation with the local and Mexican authorities. All of these in accordance with the budget and on time.
- In the middle of 2006, we developed a digitalization & Scanning System, for control and administration of information of Aircraft Records and Maintenance Documents. During the same year, we carried out 2 Maintenance Audits for 2 Mexican registration aircraft B737 "C" Checks Lease in Venezuela; representing the Mexican Aviation Authority (DGAC | AFAC).
- At the end of 2010 we performed a total of 62 Aircraft Inspections and Records Audits for different aircraft owners in compliance with their templates and on time.
- AOG has supervised a total of 17 Major Maintenance Checks, from 2011 to 2014, some of them during Aircraft Redelivery Checks representing the owners.
- From 2015 through 2016, we have been supporting Aircraft owners around the world in their Aircraft Audits, Deliveries and Redeliveries; in adition we have completed Helicopter Audits [BELL- 206 & 212], in Mexico City.
